Congratulation to the Varsity Girls Swimming City Championship Team that outscored Northside swimming by 37 points. The girls broke 6 city records and won 7 out of 11 events! Lane's JV Girl's Swimming Team also won the City Championship. Special Congratulations goes to the following girls:
-Captain Meghan Levelle, won and set 2 school and city records in her individual events and was part of both 1st place city record setting relays.
-Natalie O’Connell, won her 2 individual events and set a city record in the 200 IM. She was also part of both 1st place relays that set city records.
-Ally Cortez, defended her 1st place finish from last year in the 500 free and was part of the city record setting 400 free relay.
-Captain Jessica Tarnacki, life time best in her individual events and was part of the 1st place city record setting 200 medley relay.
Come out Saturday to Fenwick at 1:00p and cheer the girls on to state.
